Chen Jiong is Deputy Director of the Climate Change and Energy Transition Program (CCETP) at the Institute of Energy at Peking University. Before joining iGDP, mr. Chen was a project manager working on the China Coal Consumption Cap Plan and Policy Research Project in NRDC’s Beijing office. Previously, he also worked as VP for China5e, an energy consulting company, and was in charge of the management of the company. He holds a B.A. in Physics from Wuhan University and an M.B.A. from Peking University.
