Chen Simin is responsible for the zero-waste village project at iGDP, called “Zero-Waste Baihe Bay”.

Ms. Chen has eight years of experience in community development. Her professional experience covers front-line social work services, project management, operation of social work organizations, and front-line service supervision. She has provided counseling and student internship supervision at different universities. In her spare time, she provides professional support for start-up social work institutions. She graduated from Guangzhou University with a major in Social Work. She was trained in the “Advanced Management Training Course for Social Organizations” organized by the International Federation of Social Work Management.
