Liu Xueye specializes in subnational energy and climate decarbonization, as well as climate investment and finance. Ms. Liu joined iGDP in August 2019. 

Ms. Liu leads research on Energy and Climate decarbonization roadmap planning and climate investment and finance projects.

Projects She has been involved in include: Anhui Carbon Neutral Pathway and Green Finance Roadmap, Progress and Prospects of Peaking Pioneer Cities, and Beyond 2℃ — The Long-Term Emission Reduction Actions of Global Cities in Response to Climate
Change.

Ms. Liu received her Master’s degree in Urban Ecology from Beijing Normal University in 2013.
