Yefren Nye is Communications Assistant at iGDP. Yefren joined iGDP in 2022 and has been responsible for the company’s social media accounts, engagement with the media by company analysts, and other communications functions. Besides working on the company website and social media, Yefren is involved in writing articles for the media, editing newsletters for iGDP, CCNT and Energy Foundation, and occasionally writing for the company blog. 

Before joining iGDP, Yefren wrote articles for The World of Chinese Magazine and was involved in non-profit organizations working on indigenous people’s rights. Yefren holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of York, and an MA from the School of Oriental and African Studies.
