Ms Zhang Xiaoli is a consultant at iGDP. Her research focuses on energy system transition and related socio-economic impact assessment. Xiaoli is mainly responsible for energy transition research at iGDP, working on just transition in coal regions, corporate ESG, and carbon-neutral policy analysis.

Ms. Zhang received her Ph.D. in Population, Resources, and Environmental Economics from Renmin University. She conducted joint research on the socio-economic impact of China’s power system decarbonization, which was supported by the China Scholarship Council.
